Order processing

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Orders are reviewed and processed before dispatch. Processing times may vary depending on the product, stock availability, supplier route and order details.

Delivery times

Delivery times vary by product, destination and fulfilment route. Any delivery timeframe shown on the website, at checkout or in order communications is an estimate only unless explicitly stated otherwise.

We aim to provide clear delivery information wherever available, but we do not recommend placing orders that are required by a strict deadline unless the delivery estimate shown at checkout is suitable for you.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking details will be sent by email after dispatch. Tracking updates may take time to appear after a tracking number has been created.

Multiple items

If your order contains more than one item, products may be dispatched separately and may arrive in separate parcels. This can happen when items are fulfilled through different routes or locations.

Delivery address

Please make sure your delivery address is accurate and complete before placing your order. If you notice an address mistake, contact us as soon as possible at contact@kitlo.store. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has started processing.

Delayed or missing orders

If your order appears delayed, missing or marked as delivered but has not arrived, contact us at contact@kitlo.store with your order number and the email used at checkout. We will review the order details and advise on the next steps.

Customs, duties and local charges

Where applicable, orders may be subject to customs, duties, import taxes or local charges depending on destination, product and fulfilment route. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise at checkout.
